I had a 1pm appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. No one to check me in. I told the 2 guys in the office watching NCAA basketball my truck is here and I’ll be in the waiting room. After an hour, I ask for an update and I’m told another 30. That is ridiculous. Especially considering it was just an oil change, no rotation, no software update. It was my last time with your dealership.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to change my oil. That's 1 hr too long. I even had an appointment, which I was 15 minutes early. You're going to have to do better. And $97.49 to change oil. Price is way too high.

From the moment I spoke with Kielan, the service manager, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. He were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I had an appointment, yet still was given no updates, without me first reaching out. When I finally asked what was going on, I was met with attitude and vague answers. It felt like they just didn’t care. Once Shannon was back to work, his customer service, communication, and the respect he showed me was a huge improvement from my experience with Kielan. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from McCarthy Auto World and based on how I was treated in the service department, we will not be back.

The mechanic forgot to reset the oil change back to 100% after changing the oil and they also forgot to reset the tire indicators on all 4 wheels so when I picked up my vehicle and notice this, I had to bring it back in the shop for them to make the changes and updates.

I set up an appointment online, then called to confirm, it was no where to be found. I talked to Shannon dirks, at that time he said he would find a loaner vehicle, when my wife brought my truck it he called saying he didn't have any, then one showed up. I then received multiple calls from Shannon over the course of a few days about my truck regarding my cabin filter and my warranty. To which I had to tell him on 3 separate occasions that I had a warranty that I had purchased at McCarthy when I bought the truck. My truck was there for 10-11 days for a water pump replacement, the total cost estimate was around $300, which then climbed to $500 and ultimately over $700. When I questioned the bill I was told they " followed procedure" even when the technician was asked he rudely said the same thing. After making some phone calls to other dealerships and warranty companies I sent proof multiple times that they did more work then necessary and billed it to me out of pocket. It wasn't until I sent a screenshot directly from lupient chev that they didn't need to drain and recharge the ac that the bill was corrected. I hope it was an honest mistake and not scam to bill more.

I brought my truck in for oil change. I had to turn around and return to the dealer because they had not reset the codes. Upon returning home I saw spots on my driveway which I originally thought to be air conditioning condensation. It turnrd out to be oil. I contacted the dealer and returned the truck on Monday for inspection. They said the problem appeared to have been caused by the technician spilling oil on the engine and not cleaning it up properly. I acceped this explanation, returned home and wiped up the oil. Today I have a new, bigger oil puddle. I talked to my service advisor again about this and sent him a picture. He promised to call me back, but I haven't heard from him yet. I remain hopeful and frustrated.

The staff was great, but the service took entirely too long. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 7:15 AM. The service advisor came out at 7:45 and said everything had been inspected and they should be wrapping up shortly. I had to go back out to the service desk at 9:00 to ask why my vehicle wasn't done. I could understand if the service area was packed with people, but there was only 1 person that came in while I was waiting, and they left because of lack of communication from the service team and them expecting her to sit around and wait a minimum of 3 hours for a tire change. I like the service that I get from the dealership, but I can't justify giving my service business, let alone purchasing a new vehicle, to a company that can't complete a simple oil change in a reasonable amount of time.

I was kept up to date about the process of my service. I did not like that my radio station and the information on the panel was not as it was when I brought the car in for service. Well was checking out around and found the dipstick to oil was not tightened properly I was not happy it’s like exposing my engine oil to dirt and grime to run through my inside I don’t want replace a motor prematurely that very costly I’m glad I caught it that’s not what a customer wants to find after trusting you with all three of my vehicles so this was really making me rethinking of who should I trust with my vehicles that I take very good care of. Also I had the hood liner was tore and this is a vehicle that the parts an even harder to replace so I’m left trying to repair or replace this dose not make me happy at all. I have always gave you the best reviews not happy with this visit !

We are very happy with our new Yukon Denali. Our experience was good with Marty and Josh. I know that you all want a perfect score as that seems to be the norm these days. However, please understand that request goes against my educational, professional, business and personal policy. Here's why; no process, operation, person or system is EVER perfect. We ALL can improve. General Motors teaches and encourages "black belt quality system" training and requires "continuous improvement from their staff and their quality control systems. I know this because I was a Quality Control Manager for much of my career and I studied some of GM's quality systems and I personally know a transmission engineer that is now retired from GM who can validate this statement. With that said, I know that no person or system is perfect and that is the only reason I will not provide 5 stars. That is not to say that Marty Thompson or Josh did a bad job, it simply means that there is room for improvement from every employee and every system, including me as your customer. I have had nothing but great service here. To my salesman Jaydon who was very easy to work with, honest and most importantly not pushy to get me into a vehicle. The service department is just as pleasant to work with. Tyler was very efficient and kept me informed and helpful. The receptionist and loan personnel are just as great. The only thing I would recommend differently to this place is to show me to my vehicle when I pick it up from the service department or bring it up front. I had to find it myself which was difficult being parked around vehicles that look similar.

Had to make several calls, service trips and conversations to have a trailer hitch installed. This all occurred over 3 weeks! Initially, there was great confusion between parts/service and they told me it simply wasn't possible for them to install a towing package but neglected to distinguish it from just a trailer hitch which is what I wanted (and communicated multiple times). Then, there was confusion on ordering the parts for the service. I scheduled the service for the trailer hitch only to find out that the part hadn't been ordered. The contention between service and parts departments was evident and some unprofessional profane name calling was made between them. I didn't want to be in between that but was force into it because they had 'issues' with each other. Finally, I did get the parts ordered (although, they seemed confused as to what to order) and it was installed. After all this, the service manager admitted that the guy retired who normally performed this type of service. I wish I had known this upfront because I would've went elsewhere for the service. I was so surprised with this experience, because all other previous visits for other services were done exceptionally well!

I came in with an issue with my tires that the tire company failed to diagnose correctly. After taking the time to understand the specific issue, McCarthy did not agree with tire company's assessment and fixed for a much lower cost. I've not had a problem since. That's why I keep coming back to McCarthy.

1st off all, Shannon Dirks is top notch, great at his job and very good to work with. I would give him 6 start if it was possible. He is a great service individual. Micheal Finch on the other hand doesn't seem to have the time to deal with the customers in keeping them informed on scheduling their appointments. I was told he would contact us to setup a time and date for our service appointment. Never hear from him, I called, found out that the part was there and setup my appointment. Then when we were waiting I was told they were waiting for a bay to do the oil change. I just bought the 2024 Corvette and I didn't request an oil change because it didn't need on, it only had 1100 miles on the present oil. When we were there we talked to Bob Splittstoesser, asked him whether we would get Chevy points for purchasing the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette and he said didn't have the answer. He told us that Dallas would be in the next day and he took our name, phone number and what we were asking about. Dallas never did call us, That's the second time we have left a message for him to call us and we have never received a call from him. The 1st time was when I asked him to call me when the 2024 Corvette got there from California. Never heard from him. We had to show up a week and a half later, seen the car in the lot and talked to Cody Whiting about looking at it the next day. I would also give Cody 5 stars for his assistance. Now I do not know if Bob gave Dallas the request from us or not. If he did, I would give him 5 stars as well, If he didn't, well the his stars would drop as well. We did buy the car but we would like to see more transparency when we ask for information, setup appointments or ask someone to call us. I bought a 2019 GMC Seirra from the dealership and that is one of the reasons I came back and bought the Corvette. Will I Come back?

Very nice people, clean facility, took good care of the truck; HOWEVER, an hour and a half wait for an oil change and tire rotation is far, far too long. Especially with a ‘first of the day’ appointment set up in advance. Service manager knocked down the price but really only knocked it down to the promotional price so no real savings or accommodation. I didn’t make a big deal out of it as I was already very time constrained.

I took our 2025 Acadia Denali in to get our navigation and radio issues to be diagnosed due to it not working properly. The service manager told me that it is probably a software anomalie within the infotainment system. I asked him when I could expect it to be fixed he told me he had no idea. When you pay over $60,000 dollars for a new vehicle I would expect it to be repaired or replaced. We take frequent trips and depend on the navigation and enjoy listening to the radio. Our Buick Envision occasionally would not start for no apparent reason. Both times this occurred we had the vehicle towed to the dealership and both times blamed it on a dead battery in the key fob even though we previously replaced the battery. On the third instance of no start, we contacted Service Manager Kiland Lindberg at McCarthy Buick GMC who took a special interest in making sure the problem was corrected. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, inspected and found a missing starter component had been omitted when previous work was performed. Due to Mr. Lindberg's commitment to finding the problem, the issue had finally been solved. Thank you to McCarthy Buick and Mr. Lindberg for excellent customer service.

I brought the car in for a sensor failure.....it was repaired....however, when I was advised that. it was finished I asked if the car warranty had been applied....I then learned that the service representative had never checked.....he had no idea the car had a warranty on it. He had to ask me which if advised him that it had a 100k warranty on it....he then had to ask if the warranty was from the sale/McCarthy dealership...if assured him it was.....THEN he checked and found I was right and the repair was covered......IF I hadn't bought it up or asked I would have been paying a $250 bill...It would be make sense that the intake rep. would have checked that as part of the service reception or at least asked.....secondly the repair was for a bad tire sensor. It was replaced but when I left I found that the tires had not been checked and aired up to factory specs. Now obviously I could/can do it myself....but I am old enough to remember when a person bought gar EVERYTHING was checked as a part of the service.....each service bay I am sure has an air line available to it and how much time would it take to check tire pressure....it's the little things that give the biggest customer relations boost...it shows EACH customer is valued enough to be thorough during service events........I may not change my dealer for service while the car is still under warranty, but just the same the little things say a lot about what I'l likely do after the warranty is done.....after all 'it's the little things that count'.

It took longer to process paperwork than the oil change. The mechanic left a mess around the oil fill plug. The service writer should ask up front if you are using GM rewards or have any discount codes to use so he is not so upset at the end when he has to change the paperwork.

First of all, Michael Finch is very polite and helpful. With that said, I wanted to have my tires rotated. I was told this was done and was charged to have them rotated. I have been having a problem with one of them losing air, so I keep an eye on the tire pressure. The tire that was lower was the right front (33 psi). When I got home I checked the tire pressure and that low tire remained on the right front -- the other three were not checked at all...each showed a different psi, not equal or balanced at all. Same as when I came in.

I was at this dealership for my regular, periodic servicing. My service advisor greeted me, asked clarifying questions and recommended adding a fuel system cleaner to properly clean the fuel system. Service was timely and the customer lounge was clean, comfortable with excellent coffee!! I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email following my visit with a video of the multi-point inspection. Upon arrival I pulled into the service bay and a rep was standing in the aisle and didn’t move. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When I got out, several service reps were on a conference call with another customer which we could all hear. I was continued to be ignored until it became awkward that no one was helping me, 3 service reps were listening on this call, and then the main rep pointed to another said help me out. It was very awkward. I probably won’t return because of how I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there, multiple times, immediately upon arrival for my first time ever being there.

We are contacted by the service representative that our vehicle was complete and we asked for some additional details regarding the completion of this as this was the fourth time this specific instance has happened and this is the first time they actually addressed it. They noted that they took it in and out of four-wheel-drive and it seemed to correct the situation. But nothing else was done to remedy or diagnose that this hat will be fixed moving forward and they would not do any further due diligence to attempt to fix the problem for persisting. Noting the RV vehicle is ready for pick up. We came in to pick up the vehicleand immediately upon entering your vehicle. The problem persisted, and the vehicle was then turned right back into service. We’re very unhappy with the situation that’s occurring repetitively regarding the situation and the lack of investigation done to fix the problem occurring in the future.

Had 2018 GMC Acadia Denali in to replace tire sensor. 1. Technician kept lug nut tool and had to make another trip to dealer to retrieve tool kit. 2. Tire sensor failed within 24 hours. Scheduled another appt to go in to get it fixed again. 3. Quoted $175 for sensor service, McCarthy tried to charge my wife $225 after service. Not happy at all with service. Ken Booker

Unfortunately, my tire purchase experience was truly poor. I have never had issues in the 10+ years working with McCarthy and my last 3-4 vehicles. I spoke with Service on the phone to choose my tires, and the advice was great. I chose Michelin CrossClimate for my Terrain Denali, and scheduled an appt for 10 days later for tire install and oil change - plenty of time for my tires to be ordered. When I arrived, the technician was scrambling around "looking for my quote" - I knew immediately that my tires were not on-site. I waited in the service bay for 30 mins, and he finally returned to tell me that he didn't know what happened, but "someone was going to pick up my tires" and it would be another 90 mins or so. I said I would go next door to have lunch and asked that they call me when my tires arrived so I could get an update. 2 hours later still no call, so I called Service. They were installing and it would be another 2 hours at least, so I asked about a shuttle home. The shuttle person was out, so I asked them to call me as soon as he was back. An hour later I got a call that they could drive me home to wait - at that point, my tires would be done in an hour, so I said I would wait. I walked back at 5:30 and they were finishing up so I went to front desk and paid my bill. I went back to the service bay to pick up my car, and immediately saw that the tires were NOT what I ordered, but a cheap all season tire. I had to insist that I wanted them replaced with what I had specifically ordered. I waited for a loaner car so they could do the install the next day when the proper tires arrived. I asked again for an update when my tires arrived, and never received a call. I called at 3:30pm to ask about status, but couldn't reach a person and left a voice mail. Never received a call back. So I showed up at 5:30pm and they were just finishing my paperwork. I went to the front desk and they tried to get me to pay the full amount for the service done that day, despite my having paid for their mistakes the day prior. I was told (paraphrased) "Haven't you ever returned anything before? The credit will appear in your account in a day or two." I explained again that we are not talking about $25 here - we are talking about $1200! This was not my error to correct, and I was only going to pay the difference for the tires. They had to call someone to explain that I could pay the difference, and they would have Accounting figure it out the next day. Frankly, I feel like the team could have offered me something as compensation for all this nonsense, or waive the difference in the costs ($137). Very disappointed in how it all happened.

Customer service is non existent at this store, if I could give this zero stars I would. I purchased a brand new Yukon from here, after back and forth discussions about having a different grille, and emblems installed. We agreed I would pay for the grille, and they would cover the emblems, when they came in I would bring the vehicle back to have everything installed. I was fine with this agreement so I came in to sign the paperwork. I was going to put money down with a business check, and get the remainder from the bank. They said they didn't take checks, unless they ran my credit, which I agreed to. They put in all my info and it came back great. Then they decided no they weren't going to take a check anymore and that their policy was no checks, I argued that they just ran my credit for no reason and they proceeded to tell me they didn't actually run it yet. Very unprofessional. I then asked if I could use my husbands GM rewards towards this purchase, and they informed me that no it would have to be in his name. This was a blatant lie, we received an email from my husbands GM rewards and it said the rewards could have been used. The salesman also told us the warranty on this vehicle was good for 100k miles, and when we signed the papers they informed us that the warranty was only 60k miles, the salesman just said my mistake sorry about that. I went through with the purchase despite all these issues, and when they notified me that the grille and emblems came in I dropped the vehicle off to have them installed, and a few hours later I received a call that the grille won't fit my vehicle. The salesmen told me I had two options: deal with the grille I have or put some other black grille on, and then proceeded to hang up with me because he had other customers that just arrived. I paid for this upgraded grille that they told me would work, when I asked for my money back, they weren't even going to return my tax that I paid, until I brought it up. Horrible customer service, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, a bunch of snakes. Now I am left with a very expensive vehicle that I hate the look of the grille, and I would have purchased a different vehicle with the grille and look that I wanted.

I am assuming that a technician checked my tire PSI during the oil change. Later at night, I received an Onstar notification that my rear passenger tire had low PSI of 19. I checked all my tire caps and they were all so loose that one or two spins and they would come off. So, I am assuming my rear passenger tire has a slow leak if the cap is not on all the way and fully capped, because it took about 4 hours for it to get to 19 PSI and for me to get a warning.

This was probably the worse experience I have had. I went to get headlights replaced and they told me I needed $6600 worth of work - how does that mean headlights? The 3 things they told me don't add up in my head to that and where was this when I was just there a week or so ago with the same vehicle. Seems like someone wants a bonus. Part of it was maintenance stuff - where was the heads up to a few visits ago to say you should start to think about this and it costs this. My father, my sister, my brother, and I have bought vehicles there and now I have to question the practices and need to consider going somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed in this service - I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me.
